What is the Welsh Parliament called?

The Welsh Parliament is called The Senedd. The Senedd, or Senedd Cymru in Welsh, is the official name that translates to Welsh Parliament. In 2020 the body adopted this name to reflect its role as a parliament rather than an assembly, so The Senedd is the current correct title. The Assembly is the older name that was used before the change, and The Council isn’t related to Wales’s legislature.
